Room and Board:
Students who apply for The University of Sydney must be very independent as there is no guaranteed housing. The majority of the exchange students live off campus in apartments which they find on their own or through a housing agent. There are on-campus residential colleges with single and shared rooms and with catering or self-catering options. The university also offers privately-run apartments and student residences located close to the campus. Space in the university facilities is very limited; however, if a student wishes university housing, s/he should not hesitate to apply. There are separate applications for each facility; however, the application fee covers all applications submitted. For information on the accommodations services offered by USYD click here .
