Billable sub-total: includes any costs that are fixed and billed directly to a student's CaneLink account. All financial aid and scholarships should apply to this amount.
Non-billable sub-total: includes estimates of potential expenses students may be responsible for. Financial aid and scholarships generally will not apply to this amount.
- Accommodation costs (UM Costs) are an average of all on-campus options (2024-2025)
- Meals (UM Costs) are based on the Residential block (2023-2024)
- Health Insurance - UM/Personal is noted in both columns as students are encouraged to maintain their USA health coverage while abroad, even though they are required to purchase supplemental international insurance (at low cost)
All other rates and costs are sourced from the Undergraduate Financial Assistance Website for Cost of Attendance. These amounts were divided by 2 to determine the cost for one semester.
